    Somewhere to stick a battery

Somewhere for the CDI and started re-wiring
The TZR fuel tank is pretty cruddy inside but look what almost fits right on

Yeah, that'll happen one day. This will do to get it up and running, then I can worry about other things later. Cheers.

Easy - you gonna take pity on me and sponsor me a GPR frame for my GPR engine
I weighed the TZR and FXR rolling frames as I did the engine swap and TZR is significantly lighter than my FXR with RS125 wheels. The RS125 wheels will go onto the TZR in place of the heavy TZR wheels so am hoping it'll be somewhere around 90kg when finished

A bit more achieved during the week

Spacers made and RS125 wheels fitted
    IMG_6301.jpg

The TZR caliper front and back are too wide to clear the wheels so buggered around making a caliper mount to take a FXR caliper. Good thing I have plenty of FXR spares on hand Will do the same for the front.

Exhaust re configured to fit. Just got to glue it back together

Coming along. Not going to be much TZR left by the time it's finished. Cheers.

Looking good Tim. I want to build a proper-ish small racer soon. Time to grow up and play with you lot properly. I have lots of bits to use. I started putting them in a recognisable heap recently. I'm not sure if it will be a 150 or a 250.
