    Hi Shane

I made some and bought some, I have one in the cupboard you can buy... its for those barrels, its a manually adjusted tensioner.

    $45

Did you fit a stroked crank also?

    Cheers
    Brendan

Thanks for reply Brendan , I haven't touched the bottom end , 68mm barrel and 25-22 head , just trying the simple stuff first.
I'll have a crack at making the tensioner but thank you for the offer.
Anyone used a Kwaka ZX6R piston in these 68mm bores ?
    Cheers Shane

PS... I know who the 2 motors are for

do you want a pic of the tensioner I made? Its just a bolt going thru the middle of some plate with a bolt welded to the inner side of the plate and a nylock on the outer.

I've just finished a 3rd engine, 2 of them have these really nice forged pistons, not looked at the zx6r pistons.

Do you race in the same class?

    Hi Brendan
We have just had the Grass kart NZ champs over Easter .... My FXR was racing against yours , boys are in same class now . I must say the motors you built go very well , The track on the second day had quite a long straight and the acceleration difference between the 2 was quite noticeable .
Was a great weekend all up , conditions rather slippery (the way we like it)

Hi Shane, thanks for that! Mark is pretty happy.

You'll be developing yours a bit more now?
